Feb. 10 (THEWILL) — Film practitioner duo Ibrahim Suleiman and Chidinma Igbokweuche have announced the launch of a Nollydata, which they described as the first-ever database website.

They made it known on their individual Instagram account a few days ago. According to Ibrahim, the initiative will greatly facilitate the process of making a film.

“A database platform for talent and team to showcase their work to the world and the wider industry. Today we are proud to announce the launch of Nollydata, the first Nollywood database website,” Ibrahim said.

According to Igbokweuche, the initiative took ten months and it took a lot of hard work before it could be proposed.

Nollydata is a one-stop website for all things Nollywood, a community for filmmakers to showcase their projects, talents, and creativity to the world.

The mission is to create a space that makes it easy to find information on all things Nollywood.

Old Nigerian movies and feature films. One of the goals of the website is to help filmmakers easily find talent and crew for their productions.

The website also displays profiles of established and rising actors.
