Position Summary

The Donor Database Coordinator is responsible for recording and recognizing the organization’s donor and donation data using the Bloomerang software package, as well as coordinating uploads and managing donations. data. This position works closely with the Development and Finance teams. Primarily, you will ensure efficient and timely processing of donor information and donations using best practices to maintain optimal data integrity. This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of the Bloomerang system and maintaining donor communication and satisfaction through timely donor recognition. This position is part-time with benefits.

· Office work is required for the Philadelphia office and other locations, as well as off-site travel as needed, including accompanying clients to medical appointments. NSC currently operates on a hybrid remote/desktop schedule.

Primary Responsibilities

Oversees the management of confidential computerized records of financial and in-kind donors, their donation histories and other personal information.

· Acquire a high-level knowledge of Bloomerang.

· Extract data/documentation from appropriate sources and prepare data files for import for online and other donations (mail, EFT, DAF, ACH, etc.). Serve as liaison with finance and resolve donation issues or questions.

· Perform system tuning, performance monitoring, upgrades and database maintenance.

· Communicates with development for all mailings and donor outreach. Generate and provide data files for donor solicitation or removal. Produce reports for each campaign.

· Troubleshoot issues, improve overall processes, and ensure deadlines can be met even during times of high donation volume. Continuous process improvement modeling is our future.

· Build new fundraising reports and adapt ongoing reports to track donation levels, renewal rates, pledge collection times, recurring donations, and other data for ongoing and growing donors. country.

· Respond directly to donor inquiries and complaints, by phone, email or mail, including check, credit card, EFT and gift-in-stock issues.

· Assist Finance in performing a monthly Bloomerang reconciliation with the General Ledger.

· As work flow and time allow, assist the development team with fundraising at various special events and do marketing as needed.

Experience, training and license

Two (2) years of education or college level or equivalent experience.

Valid driver’s license required.
